Not even close, and you know it. It’s your Orange Traitor of a god that would do as Putin.

Payne, you forget, Orange Traitor has all but admitted that he committed all the crimes he’s charged with, and more. Which is why he wants people to believe he should have immunity to commit all the crimes he wants. He’s also already promised to imprison all that have held him accountable for his many crimes.

America is a country of laws. Laws that for too long have allowed the wealthy, particularly wealthy white men, to get away with crimes for far too long. No one should be above the laws, least of all one that his an obvious traitor to his own country.

I really wonder why all of these Putin worshippers don’t just move to Russia? If it is truly nirvana, as they are making it out to be, move to Russia and leave our democracy and Constitutional Republic alone. Simple.

Trump has been and will be tried by a jury—Biden doesn’t control them. He has broken our laws, and we are a nation of laws. Trump wants to be a dictator as Putin is. Then he will be able to throw his “enemies” into prison without a jury.

How many journalists and opposing politicians has Biden killed? Slaughtered? Including innocent people because they were in the vicinity or on the same plane? There is no equivalence. You know it. We know it. How do you deal with the burning disquiet in your heart and mind as you know you are lying?

Trump is not being prosecuted by Biden, or by the Democrats. And, he is not being indicted for what he said, but for what he DID. The witnesses against him are Republicans. There is no need to question Trump’s guilt, he has it all videotaped or on audio recorder. Trump began inciting the insurrection as soon as July, when he knew that he had a good chance of losing reelection. He began the theme that the election was rigged and stolen from him and his supporters even before the election actually was held, stepping up that rhetoric as it became more apparent that he was going to lose.Once he did lose, his supporters filed 60 something court cases protesting the outcome, none of which he won, most of which were thrown out for lack of evidence. As soon as the election was called for Biden, he started sending out tweets calling for his supporters to gather in D.C. on January 6, ready to fight- or “they would not have a country’. He stopped the secret Service when they tried to keep those carrying weapons into his rally because “They aren’t here to hurt ME”. They actually believed that they were fighting for their country, and for the true President of United States against a fraud who had stolen the election. And, they greatly outnumbered the Capitol Police. He didn’t send any additional help, when it was obvious that the mob would overtake the Capitol and quite likely actually kill congress members, and refused to do so when it was requested.

ALL of the witnesses against Trump are his own inner circle; his own closest hand-picked advisors. He is not being accused by Democrats, not even run-of-the-mill Republicans, but by people HE CHOSE as his closest advisors that made up his inner circle. That is how Jack Smith got such detailed inside information. You can’t claim it is a witch hunt when it is your own flying monkeys that you sent out who are providing the evidence. Trump has been indicted because Trump committed treason.

Trump had and continues to have due process. Navalny did not. And lets not forget that GOP witnesses have testified/warned against Trump.

Is it just nicer to pretend that those things are not real? I’m genuinely curious.

    a. Biden isn’t prosecuting Trump. But the criminal justice system is.

Putin didn’t send Navalny to prison for life. He sent him for death. Trump didn’t object.

I thought the cartoon was supposed to be Putin drafting a message that his MAGA fans will repeat. I see Trump is already doing it one better, saying he feels like Navalny, but not saying anything about whether authoritarians like Putin should poison or imprison and kill political enemies. The implication is clear: Trump doesn’t like being held accountable for what he actually did, but he would like to Putinize his own political enemies.

The Democrats didn’t cause Donald Trump’s legal problems. Trump did. These charges were brought by Grand Juries that included MAGA hat wearing Trump supporters. Once they actually heard the evidence against Trump, even they found cause to indict him.

There may be some MAGA “Republicans” who refuse to acknowledge Trump’s criminal behavior, but they are dwindling with each month.

The crazier Trump’s speeches get, the more desperate he becomes, hawking his overpriced merchandise, the weaker he appears to the vast majority of people.

The “Party of Putin” (Trump followers) should realize that neither Trump nor Putin would give a second thought whether to kill their own followers, if it would solve a problem for those selfish devils.

P.S. Make up your mind. Is Joe Biden weak and disoriented or strong and evil?

He surely seems to outmaneuver the “Republicans” often enough.

I wouldn’t call it prosecuting a political opponent, it’s more like giving a belligerent, whining three year old a well deserved spanking and taking away his toys. And Donnie will never condemn Putin as long as Putin’s breathing.

It’s pretty disgusting to draw a parallel between a man facing the natural consequences of his actions (and being treated extraordinarily gently in the process) and a man who was sent to prison and eventually murdered for daring to challenge the ruler of his country. But, Trump has that big of an wounded ego, so dutifully, Payne illustrates Trump’s sense of martyrdom. Trump is such a narcissist; everything must always be about him, although never his fault.
