Unless they are funding those programs, I don’t know how they have a say in how the money is spent. If you are unhappy with that university, go to another one. People are there to learn, and you don’t have the right to stop that or to harass students who don’t agree with you.

At a later time, the Senate, in order to pass a bill giving aid to Ukraine and Israel, agreed to the GOP terms on the border, passed a bill that included all that the GOP asked for. The GOP turned it down.
People have the constitutional right to peacefully assemble to protest. I don’t understand why they do it at universities, though. Universities do not determine national policies. If you want to make a point, go to Washington.
