Unfortunately, it will take over a year to send him to jail, if convicted…he has “delay tactics” on fine tune. That’s just for this one indictment. When will we be seeing him charged for all the rest of his crimes?
And the federal case against traitor 45 is picking up momentum as prosecutors gather more concrete evidence of obstruction of justice in the classified document theft case.

And, despite the propaganda being spread by FAUX Noise and other Reich-Wingnut “News” groups, and lunatics like Empty Greene and Scamtos, the majority of REAL AMERICANS feel this exact same way!!
Seems like his number of dedicated groupies at the arraignment and in Florida were smaller in number and less excited, maybe he is just starting to loss his magnificent charm.
@Rhonda Santis- Your thoughts are absolutely correct. Reason being is that he’s been doing it for decades! And age wise, he has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel!
I don’t believe Trump’s indictment is anything to celebrate. It is an embarrassment to the country and a sign of our decline. It may very well be justified and even necessary, but it is not a cause for celebration.
I read the first of what I hope are many indictments of former President Trump. This is not the simple hush-money case Trump was hoping for. It is a multi-level conspiracy to defraud and influence an election.
No wonder Trump wasn’t smiling. He is in big trouble.
This is a minor side show compared to the other ones.
I rank their importance (based on nature of crime and potential penalty) as:1) US Capital Attack2) Classified Documents3) Georgia Election Tampering4) NY State – Asset Valuation5) NY State – Improper Financial Reporting (Porn Star Payoff)
This is not a big case, thought Bragg has done a pretty good job connecting the dots to intended crimes (in NY, it is a felony to commit a misdemeanor that is meant to help commit a larger crime, even if that larger crime isn’t actually committed).
Since there is no coordination between DAs and A.G.s in different jurisdictions, this case simply came up first. Remember that Bragg at first did not want to touch this investigation and was prepared to let it go until new information came to light. Remember also that this is only one of several investigations, and more — far more serious — indictments are sure to follow.
But I like this one. It reminds me a bit of Al Capone who, though guilty of murder and a slew of other heinous crimes, was taken down by a simple tax evasion conviction.
I am going to keep my celebrations low key until tiny is in a cell or in the execution chamber and then I will let out all the stops. But, yeah, it feels good. By Georgia it should feel really good.
Thank God for the indictment. Hush money payments are soo much more important than school shootings or police shootings. Trump is 76. Even if convicted, he would go to jail.
My hope is that this is just the first step that leads to indictments for him trying to fabricate votes in Georgia, and then the biggest crime of inciting a riotous insurrection on the U.S. Capitol. If that doesn’t lead to jail time, I don’t know what he could do that would…except maybe shooting someone on 5th Avenue in New York, maybe?

I think most of us hope he gets actual justice. And I think most of us doubt it’s possible for that to happen.

Sadly,he won’t actually go to trial until the END of 2023—he should have been given so high bail that he doesn’t dare jump it.
