A rocky start

The flowers have ris, I wonder where all the little birdies is.

A late bloomer.

Umm… “Poop”? Seriously?

Flower: “Spring has sprung!”

Rock: “Cool! Let’s rock!”

“Poop” looks quite different for most people.

Life must be boring as a rock; one can’t even spring.

The flower is articulating “Thanks!” to what most helped it spring forth.

Long, long ago, possibly that same flower appeared in the 2nd panel with a SPROING! and in the 3rd panel, the rock said “SPROING IS HERE.”

Actually we are closer to summer being sprung than when spring sprang. I am of the belief that summer will start 14 days from now on the 1st of June rather than siding with the scientists who say that summer doesn’t start until the longest day of the year. What about the 3 weeks before the longest day where the days are just as long as the 3 weeks after the longest day? They are just as nice warm days.

Be careful flower. You might be used as a prop by a short man on TV, reciting poetry, in a show called Laugh-In.

Son of a gun! Looks just like my dandelions but has a better attitude.

Happy to see flower/rock duo return. They make a good pair.

The rock and me are on the same page. Besides, with climate change, Spring/Summer, who can tell the difference? This week will be in the 90’s, upper 90’s that is, so its July already.

Everybody poops and if they don’t they’re an android.

For some.. on this side of the fence we got a ways to go still. A good many trees have yet to show green leaves.

Usually when you hear a “rumble” followed by “poop” means someone is in the bathroom lol.

But Rock has not Rolled yet!

I’ve never seen or heard a flower go poop!

Rocks have nothing to look forward to. Winter or summer, they take the seasons in stride

Ploop, bloop, floop, gloop There was an entire alphabet of choices Why poop on Spring ?

As in, “oh, poop, I’m late again”?

Sproing rather than poop would have been better onomatopoeia.
