In the end, it’s Calvin’s fault.
Maybe they’ll have better luck with the 7:45 Calvin.
Well in a way, the Calvin’s aren’t wrong about who to blame.

Here we go, It’s the good old Blame Game.
Where’s the 7:30 Hobbes? He should’ve explained everything.
That last panel was predictable, regardless of which Calvin it is.
I like the way Watterson has used goggles and pajamas to show which Calvin is which.
IMHO, his-trionics in the last panel are similar to he current political situation.
The Twilight Zone meets The Outer Limits meets The Three Stooges.
And yet the 8:30 Calvin appears to have forgotten the insight he had at 7:30.

Hobbes to the rescue…… eventually!
And thus we witness the worst result of time travel: the “triplet paradox”!
If he had any sense, he’d write down this little time-travel misadventure and turn it in.
Did the 8:30 Calvin temporarily forget he was the 7:30 Calvin?
