My sister is the only person on the planet (that I know of) that likes fruitcake.

At least Tank didn’t take out the whole display “recovering the fumble,”

It’s been way too long since Tank covered a “fumble”.

A fruitcake for a fruitcake.

Collin’s Street Bakery in Corsicana TX makes the best fruit cakes. We came through there in October to buy some and they only had a few – because of supply chain issues. Also, the government was paying people not to work so they weren’t making many, they couldn’t get them out of the warehouse and shipped to their selling locations. Maybe now they are back to work.

Watching Tank react to a fumble is like watching Charlie Brown with Lucy and a football—except Charlie Brown never had eyes like that.

Its too true. The years of “smother-the-ball” training stole my only chance to score, as a defensive tackle. There it lay, directly in front of me, on their ten yard line, and I dove on it so fast that their backfield didn’t know where it went. The seconds went by like hours, and I had just decided to get up and run when they pounced.

Wow. A wonderful blast from the past! Next up, Tank will announce the “Norts Spews!”

Rumor has it that there is only one fruitcake in the world – it just keeps getting regifted.

Ole fumble mouth strikes again!

I have been waiting for years for Tank to do a fumble gag.

I’ve read Tank since the start and have to echo that it’s been way too long since I’ve seen that Fumble Look in his eyes! Thanjks for the holiday gift!

I enjoy it, but it’s gotten too expensive to indulge the habit. Typically get panetonne instead.

I heard that actually there were four wise men.

But the fourth was bearing fruitcake and was turned away.

In too many scrimmages without a helmet, right?

Some fruitcakes aren’t that bad. After my aunt and uncle moved to southwest Missouri, they’d send a fruitcake made at a nearby abbey (Assumption, I think) for Christmas. I’m usually “Meh” or even “Feh” on fruitcakes, but those were delicious so there IS a way to make them palatable.

I have a friend in S.E. Alaska who bakes delicious fruitcake.

I was thinking a while ago that Tank has not recovered a “fumble” in a long time.

Been a very long time since I saw a Fumble joke.

They wouldn’t have a display if they didn’t sell them.

I like fruitcakes. My wife loves them.
