You spend a lot of time cuddling with Roscoe in his house don’t you Earl.

Sometimes sleeping with the dog is the better alternative. At least the dog likes you. (Hopefully)

Earl should check his hearing aids’ batteries more often as well as inserting his feet into his mouth.

Part of it might be to not start off with saying “Nonsense”.

The only way to get out of that situation is to turn it back on yourself. “You look good considering you have been married to me for 50 years.” And even then, there’s no guarantees. The doghouse should be pretty comfortable, considering it’s his home away from home.
