Bowl of weed is a soup bowl size, right.

Looks like a young Alice on Brady Bunch. You can get anything you want at Alice’s restaurant.

Do you like books? Imagine needing more books. Then imagine what it would be like to need really old expensive books.

Oooo, it’s puzzle day. Find the three differences in the panels. It shouldn’t take more than ten hours to find them.

Naah, each frame should read ‘incunabulum’. ‘Incunabula‘ is plural, so that can be only the strip title for today. 8^P

I wish I had them in my bookcase! Incunabulas are rare and hard to find. I think I’ll check the Froglandia Bathmat Factory and see if there any rare finds in their “best kept secret” reading room. I would be willing to bet they have some good ones there and I’ll pay up to $100.00 for one if it’s in good condition! I’ll just rock and read and memories will take me back to my first days back home.

Your blog entry on barn signs put me in mind of a lovely story by Hamlin Garland, “Uncle Ethan Ripley,” in his collection of short stories entitled Main Travelled Roads. In the story, a farmer trades signage space on his barn for “medicinal bitters,” creating friction between him and his wife. It was not uncommon for snake oil hawkers to trade sample of their “miracle products” to farmers in exchange for advertising space on their barns. This particular escapade did not end well, at least not for the sign.

How many times will you make her ask for what she wants for her birthday? I don’t think you’re going to change her mind.

    Iron Butterfly, call your office.

P.S. I met John Ritter’s mother backstage at the Grand Ole Opry in October, 1980. She was very nice and very proud of her son.
