The intellectual dishonesty of Henry Paine is through the roof. No one called for defunding the Capitol Police. The problem is the other way around – guns should be in hands of law enforcement officers, not in the hands of wackos wrapped in confederate flags.As for the “defund the police”, it means that some communities want more funds to educational and capacity building projects for their vulnerable members. This also means less money for policing schemes that can be described as bullying and not law enforcement.

Payne is lucky that he is protected by the First Amendment and can’t be arrested for inciting the Riots along with Varvel and Ramirez and other Right Wing Media insurrectionists!!!

Defunding the police is not a Democratic policy. And it doesn’t mean disarming or releasing them. It means diverting resources from battle gear to programs that help to reduce crime.
