Henry Payne is the kind of person that, had he been alive during WWII, would have been outraged at the government wanting people to ration food, rubber and other precious resources! How dare FDR and his fascist regime try to infringe on his civil liberties by demanding that he take part in rationing for the common good, ya know, in order to make the best of unfortunate circumstances!
I’d tell Henry to stop being such an execrable moron, but there’s no point. He seems to be fully committed to being one at all times!
Payne, you would put your life and the lives of the people you come in contact with in danger rather than doing something as simple as wearing a mask in public for a few months ?
All this because your messiah started off ion the wrong foot about the virus ( it’s a Democratic hoax, it will go away by April ) and now finds it difficult to admit he was wrong ?
Runner up in the “Divert, Deny, Whine, Use False Analogies, and Tickle the Old Racist Urge” contest. And the winner is. . . .Yes! You’ve got it! A Very Stable Genius!
Payne needs to go Visit Gov Stitt in Oklahoma without a mask so he can talk endlessly about how ineffective they are and that they are an affront to his FREEDOM!!!!
What I can’t understand is the distinction between requiring a mask and wearing a seatbelt in my automobile. Me wearing my seatbelt will do nothing to protect you, but it’s a law and a violation can cost up to a $500 fine. Similarly, I must carry liability insurance to lawfully operate a motor vehicle, which does nothing for me but could benefit you in an accident. Can I ignore that law? Or if I buy into the “it’s nobody’s business” argument, can we abolish all abortion restrictions – that’s certainly nobody’s business but the woman involved, is it? Oh, wait. I forgot. In Trump World, privacy only belongs to the privileged – the rest of us should just do what we’re told, right?
Ironically enough, Mr. Payne probably exists today because his ancestors used masks during the 1918 – 1920 Spanish Flu Pandemic. So, there might be a downside to masks?
With all the little inconveniences we face; masks, social distancing, grocery pick up or delivery instead of going into the stores, or lines and limited patrons in the stores, social distancing in the stores and all that, it’s good to see that Mr Payne can still get his two or three bowls of stupid for breakfast every morning.
Comic(sic) provided by the 2nd most moronic chud git on the continent. Well, maybe second most — there is a tremendous, incredible, bigly, yuuuge amount of competition out there for that spot. But Payne is right up there with the leaders — (sorry, I meant to write losers) — for that spot.
Speaking of Authoritarian governments….we have big and small governments: 1) telling women what kind of medical care they can get, 2) who a person can marry, 3) when, where and how a person can vote, 4) how we have to take off our shoes at airport security, 5) what religious beliefs should be taught in schools, and so on and so on. Yeah, when it’s rules and regulations you don’t like it’s authoritarian, when it’s something you do like it’s democracy. Just love the constant hypocrisy.
We have unidentified federal troops shoving people into unmarked vans with no probable cause and bashing people with batons and spraying pepper spray directly into their face for trying to talk to them, and this joker is upset about local mask mandates. Straining at gnats and swallowing camels.
The Republican Party didn’t just throw away its morals when it embraced Trump; it threw away its intelligence. That’s why I left.

You mean in free practice of a deeply held religious belief? No, you were the one upset by that, Henry. It was none of my business.
But you, waddling around without a mask, sucking air in and out, spreading Lord knows what, yeah, that is a problem.
And those women in headscarves? They had better be wearing masks underneath.

Yes Paine, making women do that but not men for patriarchal oppressive reasons. You really can’t see the difference here?

unlike the dirty lazy cheap republicans who won’t do the right thing ever.
