Does he ever ask someone else to hold the end of the wire? It’s a way to share the lightning strike.

Speaking of lightning, there’s a new record of 440 miles for a strike!

The top needs to be sharply pointed to dissipate the charge instead of being a ball.

Is it worth that head numbing vibration every time you whack the top of a door jam?

I know a guy who was struck twice by lightening on different occasions. I was an ear witness to the second. The bolt hit the cord that connected him to the aircraft that he we crewing. I turned around to see him tear off his headset and slam it into the ground.

Most of the electricity must have grounded out somewhere else.

The odds of being hit by lightning in your lifetime are 1 in 300,000 thousand. Golfer Lee Trevino has been struck by lightning 3 times, including once while playing in the 1975 Western Open.

If he wants to avoid a shock, he’d best not look at his bar bill.

I’m pretty sure I don’t want to know where the rod is grounded to.
