False equivalency. Hey Stephan! I don’t think you have any right-wing fans to pander to. The last vestigial REAL Republicans are retiring or dying. What’s left has no sense of humor. Laughing is mostly about learning, and they got no learning to do. Just ask ’em.

Congress the opposite of Progress.

Congress does work together sometimes!

When there’s an issue Goldman Sachs is pushing for, it gets done, because they’re all in G-S’s pocket.

When it was time to exempt themselves from every provision of Obamacare, it was bipartisan all the way.

When they exempted themselves from OSHA, anti-discrimination, and minimum wage regulations, cooperation city!

America doesn’t negotiate with terrorists.

And so it goes. Big whoop.

Well, if you think this moral quagmire we’re in is due to a lack of compromise then you must be a deplorable, i.e., easily fooled who voted in a fool tyrant.

Ah, humor, R R R. The R’s can’t even compromise among themseles. “Durn, knew ah shoulda shown up for Gov 101.”

The D’s & R’s will have to take “bolder” action next time. I’m sure it will be a smashing success.

Congressmen are not superheroes and what Rs and Ds want to do when they agree on something is usually banal at best, stupid and evil at worst.

It is all about money. Whomever has the deepest pockets will get their way. If Old Man Johnson was a lobbiest D and R would have shoved each other out of the way to save the old guy.

False equivalence, Stephan. If the Dems compromised any more, you’d be able to use ‘em as dishrags. Sane people understand who’s failing to compromise, and it’s not the blue side.

Fixing Medicare

You know, I used to be opposed to capital punishment, but I have changed my mind. Everyone in the Capitol should be punished.

A troop of baboons is also referred to as a congress. Sadly, the baboons are much more intelligent.

What we need now is common sense boulder legislation.
