Well, they’re Republican judges, so I’d say there’s a pretty good chance they’ll rule exactly that.
Didn’t you love the clown who tried to claim there are no Democrat judges or Republican judges. That idea died a well-deserved death when the Republican Supreme Court majority handed the presidency to Junior Bush in a disgracefully partisan decision none of them had the balls to even put their names to.
I’d vote for him if I believed that “I won’t bug you” line was anything but a campaign promise.
I voted for Carter, and still think he got a raw deal. It was the first time I realized just how many assholes live in this country.
There’s really nothing difficult about it. You walk the walk or you talk the bullshit. Those are the choices – pick one.
The issue we face is whether we’re willing to live by the principles we espouse.
The answer is usually NO.
You know what I learned from 2016? Not to listen to people trying to tell you your candidate doesn’t stand a chance of winning.
I’ve decided from here on in, I’m voting for what I want rather than what I’m willing to settle for.

The problem isn’t that there are conservative justices. The problem is conservative justices who will happily cast aside their beliefs and rule for their own side whenever possible. Conservative justices who did their jobs fairly and impartially wouldn’t be an issue.
