    Spouse used to be in charge of a group of transcriptionists. Most of them just buckled down and did the work, but some of them enjoyed gossip and similar things. And ONE of them simply wasn’t content until he’d stirred up some kind of fight. Preferably among two or more coworkers, but if that wasn’t in the cards, he’d start an argument just to keep himself happy.

    Spouse called that behavior “Never satisfied unless he’s stirring the pot”. Rat’s a lot like that…
