You’re a dandy! (lyin’)

Just try not to get smoked.

Weeds often have cute little flowers.

Every buddy wants somebuddy sometime.

Technically true. A weed is just an unwanted plant.

But if you is dweeb then nobody wants you.

And I want you to go somewhere else.

This is cute!

Chicory is the ugliest plant I’ve ever seen… until the little blue flowers pop out. I do not, however, like it as a coffee substitute or additive. Cattle love it, though. I think the stems floss their teeth.

It’s always nice to be wanted !

Amen to that!

Dandelion Wine

Whether a plant is a weed is in the perception of the beholder.

One person’s weed is another person’s treasure.

My favorite plants in the front yard are the Ironweed, Joe-Pye weed, and butterfly weed.

weed lives matter too

A weed is a misplaced flower.

Dandelion greens are edible. But if someone wants you just to eat you, does that make you feel better?

I love you, little dandelion.

I love wild flowers. The bees love them too!

My favorite weed. Wishing flowers.

Bees love dandylions. And they are edible and make good wine.

I love dandelion honey.

(I have a friend who is a beekeeper. It’s one of his several single-flower honeys.)

Are those flowers growing on somebody’s tongue? (Teeth in the background?)

Hey, some, “weeds”, are highly prized, even worshipped!

Weed like you better if you moved to the neighbors yard…

There’s no such thing as a good weed. Oh, sorry – the Monarch Butterflies rely on Milkweed, so that one’s OK ;-)

Do weeds tell each other, “You’re growing like a child”?

That weed resembles Maggie Simpson or Maggie Simpson resembles that weed or maybe it’s a weed named Maggie Simpson.

As one of my old botany professors at college once told me, “A weed is just a flower growing out of place.”
