This may be a criticism from an old timer, but I wonder if young school kids these days who don’t learn cursive writing any longer can still read that?
I would like for you to blast Disney and rant about their evil business practices. I also want you to blast Discovery for cancelling every animated Warner Bros project.
However, I do not find your newspaper totally useless. Mixed in with kitchen waste and dog manure, it gives the perfect consistency to my compost heap.
dearest MSM especially cable/internet newsfeeds please convert ALL your shows to elevator music. the upside would be the end of 80% of misinformation, 80% of divisive rhetoric, 80% of hatred in the world, and we could search things we like/need 80% faster. and my percentages are based on the same facts/sources you always base your crap percentages on. js
This reminds me of the one where Sally is writing a letter to the editor & asks her big brother how to spell “incompoop” and “ucklehead.” Then he looks at what she’s written:
I still adhere to Roger Ebert’s take on criticism. Critics should give you enough information for you to be able to tell if you might like something, and not harp on whether they like it or not.

I wonder what legendary former Newsday TV critic Marvin Kitman would think of Sally if she ever wrote to him?

Who knew that Sally was my ex-girlfriend as a child? Say a lot of critical things and I love you.

I was going to say how far ahead of its time this was but there was always criticism, it just wasn’t publicized world wide.

There’s not enough paper in the world to give Sally that kind of a list, let alone compose those blastings.

I’ve always found movie critics very helpful. If they liked it, I hated it. If they hated it, I liked it.

In our younger days we avoided all movies that the Kansas City Star critic liked.

Looks like the critics were terrible back in the 70’s too. Good critic review = terrible movie/show/book and vice versa.

So highbrow they lost touch with the people. But it’s only a problem when the PR and CEOs listen to them.
