Unless its a see food diet.

isn’t it time for your “between breaths snack”?

In other words, never do a diet any of the 365 days of the year.

I am beginning to see a pattern here.

Wise words.

Because those are all weak days.

Just be wary of the diet monster, Garfield, it’ll catch up to you sooner or later.

Basically if it ends with “day” that’s the wrong day for a diet

Must be because the first three letters in diet are “die”…

Garfield will NEVER live by the code of “Eat to live, don’t live to eat”!

Truth is cats left to their own devices, will never diet.

It appears that nothing is ever going to get Garfield to willingly diet.

Never do New Years resolutions either. Waist (sic) of time.

Richard Simmons once said he would never go on a diet because of the first three letters, D-I-E. He preferred a Livet…

To quote an old Garfield single panel from sometime in the 80’s

“Diet is just die with a T added on”

did Jim Davis retire, the strip should be blank with that effort
