And for those of us with allergies it’s a nightmare…especially since said allergies also mimic Covid symptoms.

It is really tough finding unscented anything. But I persevere.

Shopping in a Kroger a few years ago I was assaulted by the stench of a “cologne” which mimicked the attar of boar urine. Turned out the source was a guy (probably in his 20’s) two aisles away.

Thanks Jen. Not a fan of Fragrant Stenches either.

I have to get unscented bags because my wife can’t tolerate the smell. Cat litter, too.

Thank you for bringing a spotlight to this situation.

Being a cheap-a$$ helps – the unscented generic stuff is usually a lot cheaper.

I have to look high and low these days for unscented garbage bags.

Now there is the area that needs a backing up of regulations. Back to basics. Soap and elbow grease.

I confess, I do like the scents of most of the Bath & Body Works foaming hand soaps, especially White Tea & Sage.

Finally someone addresses this! I have had to throw away so many lotions and potions due to the overwhelming scent. And, the toilet bowl stuff reeks! I would rather smell a bit of “od’ de chlorine” than that “summer rain”! They STINK!

My pet peeve on a granular scale. Everything stinks thanks to idiot consumers buying in on the ads.

I appreciate the topic, Jen. I do wish you had also mentioned that these chemicals are endocrine-disrupting and often toxic, as well as annoying to smell.

I use deodorant because I sweat easily. You have no idea how difficult it is to find “unscented” deodorant.

Definitely right about the trash bags. We used to keep the box in a kitchen cabinet but the scent got so strong every time we opened that cabinet it made your eyes water. So we moved it to the outside shed and we haven’t seen any mice, crickets or spiders in there since.

I used to use Tom’s of Maine deodorant, it had no scent, wonderful. proctor and gomorrah bought Toms, first thing those sodomites do? Add stink to everything. Gag!

Stop and look around, how many people feel everything must have a scent ? All nuts.

I finally found some kitchen trash bags without perfume! Thanks, Bi-Mart!

If they smell nice, they fool your nose into inhaling toxic fumes more deeply into your lungs.
