I love this strip today because it’s been something I have been thinking about a lot lately – personally, socially, and professionally. I am no longer calling it the bad luck that has haunted me, I am now referring to it as ‘those mystical forces.’ For me, and all of us to fight those mystical forces, there is only ONE way to be – to choose happy! Let’s all be difficult. I’m telling life to bring it on! Because I am not stopping! You wanna F with me, well I am done being knocked down. I am getting back up. When we choose happy and when we take the actions we need to have a good day, our days will be awesome. With everything going on today, please just chose happy. find your wins! #getbettereveryday

Really divided about this strip/comments. Yes, attitude is always important, but empathy is important, too. I’m thinking of time in my life where outside events/people just made my life hell. Even then, I was often lucky enough to find alternatives. But so many people right now are jut being bulldozed by circumstances beyond their control that I can understand and deeply empathize with their “not happy” feelings. Anyway, very happy that at least the people who commented here have found ways to be happy! HAVE AS-GOOD-AS-YOU-POSSIBLY-CAN DAY!
