Because getting a haircut and buying lawn fertilizer is worth lives.

You want to talk about civil liberties? When does this dangerous conservative BS amount to reckless endangerment? You should have a lot more of you civil liberties taken away if you’re willing to endanger the lives of others.

Payne should go out and kiss all his supporters (if he has any).

The size of the individual COVID-19 virus is about the same as the ability of the cartoonist to determine reality.

We can only hope that there were about a half a dozen asymptomatic covid-19 carriers at each of the protests. Stir and wait a couple of weeks. It’s Darwinism at work.

Yeah that’s right Hank, protesting is on the downhill side of the curve now…. but maybe the DeVos family will open their wallets again and hire some more phonies…. always like reading their misspelled signs….

Payne’s Parade of Stupidity rolls on.

    Something I recently read:

You say it’s your right to protest, but you get angry when Kaepernick takes a knee.

You say your body is your own, but you get angry at a woman who demands the same.

You are against abortion saying every life is precious, yet you are willing to sacrifice your parents and grandparents for the economy.

You claim the coronovirus is a fake, yet you wear mask, gown, and gloves.

You say healthcare is a privilege, but want your Covid-19 hospitalization covered.

You say socialism is bad, yet your hand is out for a stimulus check, unemployment benefits, and you wait in line at a food bank.

What you say confuses me. Forgive me if I no longer care what you say.

Interesting. Republicans had no problem “flattening the curve” of civil rights after 9/11.

Payne, after serving as a military officer for 26 years, sworn to protect and defend the constitution and all of our civil liberties, I continue to stand by your civil liberty to contract C19 and suffer miserably. Hope you go out and people cough on you. Your cartoons are just one cheap shot after another, and as our totally inept president would say, “That’s sad…so sad.” Two peas in a pod…

Which “civil liberty” are “Governors” taking away, Henry? Maybe the “right to contract Covid-19, pass it on to others before you die”? Is that the one, Henry? Hum?

Flatten the curve is the only goal of the governors. Don’t try and make it about freedom; we have seat belt laws and helmet laws because people are idiots. We have to enforce the lockdown for the same reason.

After trump’s press conference, the makers of Lysol felt compelled to warn people not to ingest their product, thus impinging on Payne’s civil liberties. You show ‘em, Henry.

With all the stores shutdown, with disruptions to food supply chains, it’s still heartwarming to see that Henry, and others, can still get their two bowls of stupid for breakfast every morning.

No one has lost their civil liberties. If this is how they react to what is truly only an inconvenience then they are sad people. We haven’t lost our infrastructure, this is not the walking dead.

Other than the political actors and nut jobs that come out to protest, most Americans have enough common sense to heed the advise of medical professionals. Maybe you feel like your civil liberties are being restricted, I feel safe staying at home. America will survive this pandemic and come November, we’ll rid ourselves or the other disease that invests the White House.

“Public” is a weird way to spell “Astroturfed”. So far, we’ve found out the Devos family, Heritage Foundation, Freedomworks (who gave us the Tea Party, aka the larval version of Trumpism), and Americans for Prosperity (Koch) have all been funding and promoting these “open up” protests, and I’ll wager if you turn that rotted log over enough, you’ll find Russian mob money in there as well.

Henry, if your civil liberties had been violated you would not be able to publish this cartoon. Other than mixing with crowds at venues like baseball games, what civil liberties have you sacrificed? Can you still speak your mind, vote your conscience? Even the right to assemble is still in effect, as long as you keep your distance or use a virtual meeting. It’s the Republicans that are trying to suppress the vote, silence the opposition and round up the opposition leaders and lock them up.

    All lives are precious at birth as long as it doesn’t cost the Repulsican Crime Cult money to perpetuate it. They also have no qualms about enforcing the death penalty for a host of crimes because it is cheaper than putting people in prison. Remember, it is all about MONEY and POWER with them. ) < : }
