Be thankful.

It’s always good to be “off the radar.”

Everyone is insignificant.

From day to night back to day again? Must be some short days there…

Someday we will be gone. And while our friends/acquaintances may, the universe will not care a whit.

If you feel insignificant, just remember: You are unique, just like everybody else.

All things considered, Id rather be in Philadelphia.

I feel so insignificant… but I always feel so insignificant!

All I know is that I feel more like I do now than I used to. Don’t you?

We live, we die. We try to make a positive difference in the lives we touch. That’s enough.

Realization of one’s minute size in the vast scheme of the universe might just be the first step to awareness. It might even bring one to the understanding that no one is more or less than another, despite outward appearances and background.

Depends on your deeds toward humanity…that counts toward worthyship….in the endless realm

And then again, we are a part of it all.

It does lessen the responsibility for the universe.

Realizing that puts everything back into perspective.

There is a story about a man who found a girl on a beach with thousands of washed up Starfish, which she was throwing back into the ocean, one at a time. He said “This is impossible! There are too many, you’ll never save them all.” She picked up the next Starfish and threw it back, and said “That’s OK, I just saved this one.”

If all humans had the attitude of this comic strip, the world would be a far better place.

Well each of our little pile of elements is worth less than $10, but there is something more there. Something some choose to ignore, for example those who kill each other on the streets, during war, over who gets to eat the turkey’s heart. I just watched a special which included a factoid that all 7+ billion of us on the planet could fit in Texas (simple math computing the area we take vs. the area of Texas), but a few would have to stay on their planet-wide farms to feed us. Lastly, you life-containing planet hunters, and SETI, having found 4,000+ uninhabitable planets, good luck and consider inventing a spacecraft engine that would take less than 100 generations to arrive.

Perspective

Maybe it’s okay, if I’m not okay….

Perhaps a piece of fairy cake would help you get some perspective.

Everyone IS significant!

If you’re just star dust -then you are. If you believe in a divine creator who made you for a reason; then you are not. (This should rile a lot of people up!)

Funny, the more I look at the stars the more I know I and the folks down here are special, unique, and that our opinions are not what make us so…

You are not insignificant to yourself, you are all you got.

If you are a child of the King, you are infinitely significant.
