    This is not science. Science would involve having a hypothesis to predict how far it would fly and verifying it.

    Pumpkin chucking is the reason, the sophisticated people of California and New York. Look down on us Mid-westerners as country bumpkins. Well one of the reasons. They just don’t understand us. That is why, we are called the fly over States. They don’t want to associate with us simple folks. But we do have fun.
