It’s bunny hunting season on Ballard.

Millie’s husband, Edward, is somewhat of a harebrain.

Edward is 35 days early.

At least he’ll have enough time to stockpile eggs.

Down to the Ballard Fine Foods and Fencing Supplies, Harry is calling every egg supplier in a hundred miles.

She wouldn’t dare touch the hare on his head.

She should hop up and the pull down all the blinds and shades and close all the curtains and drapes.

He’s getting ready for his first train ride. Edward, you misread it, it’s not Ballard Rabbit Transit.

Millie knows the neighbors like to look being a former Bunny herself when she was younger.

Yes, Edward, please do.

That smile on Millie’s face proves letting Edward dress like a rabbit has improved their.. umm, well you know what rabbits do. But she is wise not to let the neighbours know, rabbits are not especially faithful and there are many lonely women on Ballard St.
