Building walls (including ghettos and border walls) was a big thing with the Nazis in the U.S. during the 1920s. Guess whose father was arrested during a Nazi rally in NYC in the 1920s? Now, all that said and back to the dandelion patch, Opus may risk killing the dandelions with a wall. If its footing is deep enough then water flow will be disrupted leading to periods of localized flooding and drought (depending on if it rained or not and how good the drainage and the organic soil components are), inability to spread seeds, sunlight deprivation, etc.

Sorry, Opus, but not thinking things through and just thoughtlessly throwing money or structures at problems tends to backfire.

BTW, did anyone else see the report on how every wall prototype was defeated in DHS tests, with the steel slats most recently being pushed being easy enough to cut through with saws?
