The original version of today’s strip:

With all those summer and winter clothes, and the boxes and bins, this strip probably provides the biggest contrast between the interpretations of the same strip by the different colorists. Cool!

The cliché about wives crowding husbands out of all closet space… is no cliché.

It’s a sad day in Arloville. :-( Here’s hoping his bathroom sommelier duties pick up. ;-)

What winter clothes? Its going to be 90 in NC Sunday! Fall will start Oct 17 at 2:37 AM and last until 4:47 AM. Then winter starts and comes and goes. 70 in February with snow the next week.

Back in September 2017 they were visiting Gene and Mary Lou and looking at building a home on a swamp. We probably won’t see those rerun.

I think my wife has more winter clothes than I have owned in my entire life, but when we go out, no one is looking at me.

The difference between men and women is as clear as the difference between how much of a store is dedicated to women and how much to men.

Not yet ready to change to winter clothing here in San Diego, another month perhaps. Then I will have to bid a sad goodby to shorts and T shirts until late April.

I never put my “winter” clothing away. Still hanging up in the mud room and what little winter clothing I have, still hanging in the closet.

Even living in South Texas one can have a few items for Winter. Though lately we are fortunate to get one freeze.

The message I got is Janis layers in winter. Arlo does not. He just throws on the overcoat over his year long clothes.

Winter clothes? I live in Minnesota. On the coldest days of the year, I still wear a short sleeve shirt and shorts every day. Especially in winter, we spend most of our time indoors. The little bit I’m outside walking to/from the car, I can manage a little bit of cold on my legs. Actually, it’s quite refreshing. And shoveling snow? That generates enough body heat that you have to take your coat off after a couple of minutes to prevent sweating.
