Yeah. Well, he’ll TRY. But then he’ll try if he loses the election too. And if he wins, he won’t NEED one.

You can bet your life there will be death threats, killings and plenty of mayhem from Trump’s dumb brigades.

Comes out of the new GOP political plank, that physical threats and violence are legitimate political speech. Wonder which billionaires endorsed that? Better ask DJT.

So a riot at Congress is an insurrection while riots at the White house and Supreme Court is not? All based on who the rioters are, not the events.

Corrupt Clarence Ginni-Thomas is all for that insurrection — maybe a new RV, too. And a private jet.

This is an astute cartoon! Fear of insurrection should not preclude the prosecution of an insurrectionist!

Why would Trump lead an insurrection to overthrow a government he was the head of. The logic of the left is nonexistent.

He still complained after the one he “won” because he thought he should have won by many, many more votes. You sure do have a selective memory.

That.. is the essence of what the Supreme Court faces. Apply the constitution and you will cause a MAGA insurrection. Apply politics and their reputation will be further smeared.. bad as that is. And, wise as they are.. they know there will be no turning back, if trump becomes president.

MAGA insurrection is another major democrat lie, for another out of hand demonstration. Gaslighting 101. Just like a “peaceful demonstration” meme, “FIERY BUT MOSTLY PEACEFUL PROTESTS AFTER POLICE SHOOTING”. Keep up the lies dems, you just about totally divided this country. Biden’s design for DEI? Is it working yet?

The trolls don’t grog that the purpose of what they call a “riot” on January 6th was to overturn the election and keep TFG in power. THAT is an insurrection. It may have been a very poorly executed one, but it still was an insurrection.

I used to listen to Antonin Scalia bloviate about the importance of determining the “original intent” of the writers of the American constitution and, at the time, I remember thinking that it was a load of “cow chips” – it’s like buying a suit when you’re 12 and expecting it to still fit when you’re 30…

Now, the “originalists” on the court are hoist upon their own “petard” – the wording of section three of the fourteenth amendment couldn’t be clearer and the courts of Colorado have ALSO exhaustively proved that Trump WAS an insurrectionist, under ANY DEFINITION OF THE TERM!

So how are the Supremes going to thread THAT needle for their boy, Trump?

I’m sure they will, but it’s going to be both interesting and amusing (as well as instructive) watching a bunch of “originalists” playing “Twister” on the floor of the courthouse chambers in order to prove their point…

Darsan54 is correct: The GOP is now arguing that physical violence, swatting, threats, and armed militias are legitimate political speech. Much like pre-WWII Germany and Italy. Watch the movie or read the book, “It Can’t Happen Here.”
