I came up with a similar gag years ago, with someone at a tattoo parlor dying halfway through “That which doesn’t kill me…”

Malaria, cancer, TB, joint replacements?

“Gott ist tot.” -Nietzsche

“Nietzsche ist tot.” -Gott

Guess that saying didn’t work in this case…

Ha! Cold comfort.
