In the Orwellian doublespeak of the MAGA reality-reversed “alternative facts,” UP IS DOWN.

The Biden economy is UP, UP, UP but the Trumpers are desperately trying to convince everyone that UP IS DOWN.

• Strongest economic recovery in the G7

• Lowering drug costs by allowing Medicare to leverage its free-market position to negotiate drug prices with drug manufacturers

• Bringing semiconductor manufacturing back to the U.S. — MADE IN USA!

• Cancelled more than $116 billion in student loan debt for 3.4 million Americans (would have been more if not blocked by conservative Supreme Court)

• PACT Act for veterans and their survivors

• Inflation coming down from previous highs (from 9% to less than 4%) and lower than other western industrialized nations

• Lowered the deficit each year of his presidency after Trump exploded the deficit to record highs more than all previous annual budget deficits combined

Freedom of speech should mean the truth. Maybe fight the lies with lies of your own. Start with Trump will pay everyone’s legal defence.

Most of us do not care about economic indicators! We are more attuned to our bottom lines and currently we are not in a good place. Our governor gave us a slight boost by suspending our gas tax and the price went from $3.59 to $3.29 overnight. I know the Climate Change Activists disapprov, but it gives the little guy a slight break.

Household income is down compared to when Biden took office. Poverty rates are up since Biden took office. Sure one can find bright spots, but most Americans are hurting under Biden.

But the elite love him. The wealth gap is growing big time.

Yep, correct according to my wallet! How much lower can the economy get before we stop voting the corruption into office please?

It is painfully obvious that we are a nation with at least 70 million idiots. Having an opinion that ignores a fact is stupidity. We have a lot of stupid. They mostly watch Fox “News.” Ignore them and work hard at educating the other 260 million people and we will continue this grand experiment of American Democracy and our Constitutional Republic.

Freedom of the press means ANY press is free to say what they want. Slants over the hole truth included. You must remember that newspaper etc. are in the advertising business. The ‘news’ is just a hook for you to have access to advertisers.

Since when is there anything UP about the US economy? I was being eaten alive by inflation, and now I’ve been laid off from my job. Same story all over, at least in my social circle. Fox normally lies through their teeth, but if they’re saying we’re heading into a recession, or already in one, well, that happens to be the truth.

My number one economic indicator is how much my money will buy. Biden economics stinks.

It’s amazing how much more FOX will show, discuss, and confront all that gets uncovered. And then made available to the American people, yet not a peep out MSM, hide the truth, call FOX liars for showing it to all. Freedom of speech is about personal and open expression in speech, of the arts, and personal commentaries of ideas and opinions. If it was meant to only be the truth, then there would be no fictional novels, plays, movies and such.

FOX tells it like it is and the MSM controlled left cannot handle the truth.

The normally accurate Luckovich got the logo in the diagonally opposite corner of the screen from where it actually appears. The reason so many people think that the network’s programming (comprising almost entirely opinion) is news is because that word “NEWS” is always there on screen. Rupert Murdoch’s excuse is that it’s just the corporate name (Fox News Channel), so it’s simply branding. This ignores the fact that no other network — broadcast or cable — feels the need to plaster its own name and logo on every image it sends out 24 hours a day. But I can see him saying “Hey, it’s just our corporate name. You don’t expect to see actual foxes on our network, do you? Why should you expect actual news?”

Remember when Fox lied and said that Trump had won and the country is still moving toward civil war because of this lie.

Inflation is out of control because companies have consolidated into cartels meaning they all decide how much to jack prices up and keep pay low. Worker pay raises are barely adding any cost to goods. You want to know what is adding to the price of goods? Greed! The CEOs, who are all 100% worthless and massively overpaid to do nothing but glad-handle the press and type A shareholders aka other rich jerks, brag about it constantly in reports to shareholders. Europe instituted windfall profits taxes on certain industries, and we should have done it across the board. Hell, the only reason inflation has come down is that they all found out that people couldn’t buy the same amount of their stuff as they had before. Stop blaming Biden for greedflation.

When faux newz puts their spin on the news it most certainly ends up upside down.
