When I was about 6, I fell backward off a swing and whacked my head. Didn’t hurt much, but when I put my hand on the back of my head, there was plenty of blood… at least 6 year old me thought it was a lot. Now if I had had a helmet of hair like hers, no problemo!
(the injury was slight, my mother took care of it— just another instance of how slight head wounds seem to bleed a lot)

It’s a helmet hair variant, for sure, isn’t it, little girl? You and mommy must both be stuck in the 1950s.
Isn’t that lame!

But if you’re easily mistaken for your mother, that makes you less safe.
Because your mom has been talking s*** all over town.
