I don’t have to go at night hardly at all anymore since I vastly reduced my sodium intake (<2000mg daily). I used to have to go several times.

Hahaha, that’s so true. Once one of us gets up for the bathroom, the other follows… and then a cat or two. Never a full night sleep after we got past 35. And I thought not having infants or toddlers any longer would afford us some good sleep!
