I remember that Beanie Baby Craze. I was working at McDonald’s when they had the Teenie Beanies. The place was a madhouse for a week. Yep, that’s how fast we went thru five weeks of Happy Meal toys. And normally you’re allowed to buy just a Happy Meal toy. Not while we had those, because they were too popular. You HAD to buy the Happy Meal. I had a customer come in during breakfast who was willing to pay for Happy Meals to get the Beanies, even though she couldn’t get the food. I heard others were buying the meals and just throwing the food out. I was buying the Happy Meals too, but jeez, I ate the food!

the point is duke wasn’t arrested.
