Kitchen help at an Italian Restaurant. The owner, pops into the mix one night and bakes up a batch of cinnamon rolls w/frosting. A night I always remember.

…I never wanted to be hypnotized…

…especially by cinnamon rolls…

…it’s bad enough that I am under the spell of my media…

…in a sugar induced zombiehood…

…I feel like I’ve opened up my own lid…

So we waited in the hallway for a minute or two, and the effects wore off. Dr. Buttchin, quite obviously relieved, went back to his lab to get the Hot Salsa bath mat dyes ready. He was pretty sure he had it worked out now. I headed back to Day Care. Since my lanyard was done, I had a minute. I popped open the juice box. I wasn’t half way through it when the circulating crafts coordinator wandered by and confiscated it. “There are no food or beverage privileges during crafts,” she reminded me, waving a half-eaten cinnamon roll as she talked. Tomorrow, I’m going to stop by the IDQT array and dial up some magical hypnotic powers. Just for the sake of scientific knowledge, of course. I want to see if the effects of the powers remain after the powers fade. It seems that they ought to. The juice box didn’t disappear because the speed force ability expired, I reasoned. It disappeared because the Crafts Monitor was a difficult person. And who knows? That could change.

Mostly feeling drooly.

After I’m punched rolled raised, buttered up, and punched again, I think I am getting a little woozy….zzzzzz
