Hopefully by November, voters will remember the corruption and attempted coup revealed in the January 6 hearings, how Republicans are trying to force women to become Handmaids in the Talibangelical Republic of Gilead, and want to force women to have babies to provide a “domestic supply of infants” for those wanting to adopt and then make sure domestic terrorists can use them for target practice in their elementary school classrooms, using weapons of war that even heavily armed police with body armor and ballistic shields are afraid to confront.

Republicans try to overthrow an election they lost, suppress the votes of minorities and young people, terrorize professional election workers and stack the election staff with partisans who will refuse to certify any election whose outcome they don’t like.

Republicans want to take away our ballots and replace them with bullets.

Republicans want to take away women’s rights and force them to become brood mares.

Hoping that, in the 2022 midterms and especially the 2024 presidential election, women, young people, minorities and all of us who support their rights will remember that voting rights, reasonable gun safety, our very democracy itself and women’s rights to control their own bodies are all at stake and exercise our “right to choose” accordingly.

This Supremely Catholic Court is just getting started. Alito says if it isn’t specifically stated, it is not a right at all. Like clean air, or clean water.

Republicans need to be removed from the womb of power with the metal hangar of our votes. Just like they are willing to subject women in their lust for control.

Posted somewhere else but still appropriate I think here as well.

The writing was (and still is) on the wall. Women are in the majority.. Both sexes are in the majority on the issue of reasonable gun control and a woman’s right to her own body choices. So, vote for the candidate that represent YOU. Don’t believe Fox News, trump, his ilk or your redneck spouse for recommendations.

70% of Americans want the abortion issue to be between the woman and her doctor. Are these politicians serving the people or there own idealogies. I thought they were supposed to be servants of the people. We need politicians who care about ‘we the people’ and work for ‘we the people’……not themselves.

All voters in the Red States who believe that women should make reproductive choices in consultation with their doctor have an opportunity to let your state know how you feel in November.

Register, show up, and vote. If you don’t, the blame is on you.

P.S., Gay marriage and birth control are on the ballot this November. SCOTUS Justice Thomas told you so in his Concurring Opinion.

Evidently that’s a tough call for many “Red State” women.. there are enough of them voting Republican in Mississippi to get the case to the Court of Liars. Now they’ve screwed women everywhere.

you still have the right to reproduce … funny how they always manipulate language to make something sound better or worse… funnier part is that it’s dens libs and “pro-choice” ppl that actually cause the over turn roe, cause they thought 15 weeks was not enough time (more time that 90% of europe) and what even most ppl that believe woman should have access agree it’s enough time . no! they want till birth + 21hrs . but it’s be design cause they need an issue to rally the troops, kinda like they block immigration reform and delayed gay marriage for 4-8 years just not to give a win to the other side or cause they needed to safe it for next election . like denying double the dreamers a chance just to stick it to trump on his wall

Yet people are pissed at Biden and will vote Republican…

Sure, Biden is doing a pretty lame job to mitigate this world-wide inflation problem… but the Republicans won’t do much better. The change would be minimal.

Where as the Democrats WILL try to make abortion legal again.

We like to pretend that the Federal government can control the economy, but with today’s global economy… 90% of it is beyond their control.

Human rights? That is within their control.

Gay marriage is next, then the Right will make it illegal to be Gay, or Trans… then who knows about segregation and race related laws.

In a two party system, we are often “voting someone out” rather than “voting someone in”… but look at the alternative. No matter how mad you are at the current state, is the alternative better?

Yet again Jackie, we hope y’all got female friends and relatives who can let y’all go ahead and pay for the child support of the kids they’re forced to have if they’re raped or the victim of incest. Why hell, y’all can take in all the children who are born because whatever birth control method just happened to fail for anybody. Nice of y’all to offer, it’s mighty white of y’all.

I wonder if the Republicans have thought about the impact this decision might have on the mid terms. They have been so convinced that there will be a “red wave,” but after this, and what Thomas has said is next on his list, that might not happen.

Damn Straight! November will bring a reckoning, not just on abortion but on a mirid of issue America faces Everyday. It will be fascinating to see if Red State Women tip the scales away from economic/quality of life/family/education/gender/crime to fight for the right to end pregnancy at 30+ weeks. Our Nation’s future is in the hands of Americas “Birthing Persons”, interesting for me is I already thought it was.

Are you sure about that second choice? After all, we have Republicans who want to kill Medicare immediately, and Democrats who are killing it a little more slowly. We have Trump who installed people to destroy the agencies they were supposed to run, and Biden moving at an absolutely glacial pace to change anything.

Sure, vote Democratic. Maybe it’ll matter. A little.

Give the Democrats enough seats in the senate and they will codify it into law. Give Republicans enough seats and they will eliminate any mention of equality from the constitution.

LOL and double LOL. Democrats have NO PLAN to restore your rights. NO. PLAN.

For anyone about to fire off a reply: We’ve known the Dobbs decision was coming since early May. At THAT time, Democrats’ response was “this is bad, send us money so we can fight it.” AFTER the official decision, Democrats’ response was “this is REALLY bad, send us MORE money so we can fight it.” No organizing, no “here’s where to go for help”, nothing substantial. Nancy Pelosi read a poem, and the Democrats went and sang “God Bless America” while people were in the streets protesting the decision.

I’ll say it again: Democrats have NO PLAN to restore your rights.

Mike Pence was half right when he said the majority justices in Dobbs “had the courage of their convictions”. Not the “courage” part; it doesn’t require much courage to do whatever you feel like when you’ve got a lifetime appointment with a handsome guaranteed salary. No, it was the “their convictions” part — their personal religious convictions, not the law of the land, certainly not the science or medicine.

Reportedly, even Donald Trump (whose actions enabled this decision) is horrified, because he sees it as bad for the GOP — he predicts it will anger suburban white women. Too bad he didn’t think about that when he nominated Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.
