“Pancho and Lefty”. Most of what I know about popular music I learn from references in the comics.

Jimmy Johnson, speaking as a Townes van Zandt fan, as well as Willie/Merle fan, may I simply say this strip is brilliant.

    At ease, Ludwig.

    Oh, you already are.

    Well, then, carry on.

One of my cats would bring mice home – alive – and let them go in the house.

Most housecats are useless. Probably from being too spoiled.

I’ve found dead ones on the floor, don’t know if the cats (3) killed them or they got in and saw three cats and died from a stroke!

Recently had to mousetrap our first mouse. The cats normally dispatch them but they now like Ludwig’s idea better.

Arlo, you are sadly mistaken if you think it’s all over. Where there’s one mouse there are many unseen mice! This is just the beginning…

My feral came into the yard for dinner one evening with something dark hanging out of the corner of her mouth. I thought it was nasty drool and I would have to trap her. She got up on the porch, opened her mouth, and a LIVE wet mouse plunked onto the floor and skittered under her food bowl. I lifted the bowl up and the mouse ran back towards the cat. I thanked her for the mouse and asked her to finish the good job she started. I think she did. That was one very slobbery mouse, and how she got it in her mouth without having chipmunk cheeks I cannot fathom.
