POX and Fiends…

The combination of TrumpubliQan hypocrisy and voter suppression has taken a bizarre new twist: Now they’re going after their own voters!

Perhaps we should be glad that they are at least going after their own, but gullibility should not merit the death penalty! We would rather beat them in free, fair elections rather than suppress their votes in a rather gruesome manner.

Donald Trump and all his top people, Ron DeSantis, the Faux “News” hosts and other leading conservatives have all been vaccinated and they have made sure that THEIR elite rear ends are well protected, but they are now going after the “great unwashed masses” that comprise THEIR OWN VOTERS!

And the Kool-Aid drinking lemmings are all gullible enough to swallow the poison their masters are ladling out for them.

What is going on?

Are the elites taking bets on just how much absurdity — from the Q Qonspiracy nonsense to the “election fraud” and now undermining confidence in a vaccine that was developed while Trump was in the White House — the gullible suckers will swallow?

For goddess’ sake, on one hand they are clamoring to make sure Trump gets credit for the vaccines, and then on the other hand they are undermining confidence in those very vaccines — that they, themselves, have all gotten!

Killing people en masse with a deadly virus is a particularly gruesome method of voter suppression but, really, their own voters?

Not really seeing the strategy here, but…

It seems that both Hannity and Carlson are telling their listeners to get vaccinated. Either they are worried about losing their audience or else planning a defense if sued about past utterances.

I have a hard time understanding why anyone would ever watch Fox News if they are more intelligent than a dead rat!

That’s what happens when a “news organization” exists as a marketing entity that exists solely to push lies and twisted news to a specific gullible and ignorant demographic group. FoxNews should be held criminally liable.

My next door neighbor watches fox (sac) religiously. Said something to me about the evils of CRT in our schools. My comment in return was step outside the fox bubble and learn. Goggle a few actual news sources, it isn’t what you are being told it is. Deaf ears.

I grew up during the prevalence of polio and saw grown women weeping when the Salk vaccine was announced.

Nobody who ever read about the horrors of smallpox could fail to be impressed that it’s been exterminated worldwide by vaccination.

Every year millions of people are spared a week or so of misery because they got that year’s flu vaccine.

As a history major, I chalk a lot of today’s ignorance up to failure to adequately teach the lessons of the past. But I also chalk a lot of it up to the conscious purveyors of politicized bullshit.

Just get the shot.
