Hubbs just realizes love and marriage are new responsibilities to take and not actual escapes from life. Ellie really needs to communicate with Hubbs better otherwise he’s just gonna leave his boxed in exsistense and leave her and the baby behind.

Caught in a trap…

Love is wonderful and is needed but one misconception, it shouldn’t complete you, you have to complete you. You also have to love for yourself too. Just because you have a family that doesn’t always mean that your dreams have to die. Sometimes it means that your path in life is just rearranged. You may not have everything you want, but you always have what you need. Hubbs needs to talk to Ellie about this because if he just keeps it to himself, it’ll only make things worse but I do think that he needs to really think about what he really wants. I remember when we first met him. He wanted to be a football star (I think that’s what it was) then another goal of his was getting Ellie (or really to have the courage and confidence to talk to her), now look at them. Now they’re not only married but they now have a child. That goal’s complete, so now it’s time to get a new one. Start brainstorming Hubbs!!
