Guess he should have watched the movie more closely. He should have had a change of collar, bar of soap and a rock hammer, nearly worn down to the nub, in a plastic bag tied to his ankle as he crawled through the pipe.

I’m surprised they all didn’t roll on him.

Wouldn’t dogs like this? They are always rolling around in something gross on the ground they smell.

To humans sewage is one smell. To dogs it’s a thousand smells.

Long time ago, our family cat fell into a cesspool somewhere. She came home covered in sh*t. We had to banish her until we could get her cleaned up.

Wouldn’t the dogs consider that a bonus and all want to sniff him all over?

I love the stink lines…important for any odiferous illustration!
