They should let Florida felons vote.

How else will Il Douche be able to vote?

    Oh, you mean convicted felons.

What, paying the illegal poll tax for Floridians to allow them to vote is buying an election? Kelley has some odd ideas.

Aw! Poor conservatives are all butthurt because Bloomberg took away the poll tax they were holding over the heads of convicts who paid their debt to society.

Didn’t care for Bloomberg, still don’t. But if rethugican judges in Florida weren’t working so hard to nullify laws the voters approved, the money for the fines wouldn’t be needed. And oh yes, cram that little fact into your rotted soul, Steve-o.

I think of it as a loan to pay their unpaid fines and won’t be paid. Like the millions ‘given’ to big Trump donors to his campaign. The only difference is the donors haven’t been in prison . . . until they get caught.

Paying someone’s fine which only exists in order to keep certain people from voting is not “buying” an election. It’s righting a wrong.

Mr. Kelley, I absolutely agree. The way things are now the wealthy can buy office or influence over those in office with their political contributions. It is awful that Bloomberg, the Koch Brothers and many more have that ability. Unfortunately, that world was cemented by the Citizens United decision. But, the Democratic Party will have to play by those rules too or be completely overwhelmed by Republican mega-donor money.

    That’s smelly politics.

Did you notice the election rigging republicans are casting doubt on the American election?

Did you see repub govs are making protests illegal?

Did you notice the FBI said white supremacists are the biggest terror organization?

Did you notice the CIA mentioned the traitor republicans were working with the Russians to throw our election to racist liar Trump the divider?

Sheldon Adleson and the Koch Brothers have SUCCSFULLY bought elections and convinced 40% of Americans that Climate Change isn’t real but supporting a person that believes in Democracy over a criminal that talks about “Get rid of the Ballots” I will support Democracy each time.

When you come right out, and declare your intentions to pay for these felons to vote, and it is clear that they are to vote democratic, you have broken the law. Can’t wait to see the little twig in the Big House!

I don’t get why some people are down on Bloomberg. He started with nothing, worked hard and built up a very successful business. Isn’t that the American Dream? Now he can afford to put his money where his mouth is.

so much is wrong about this “toon”… First they are still trying to paint Biden as a Liberal… As much as I wish he was, that is simply not true. Bernie and Warren, yes they said that… Biden? not even close. So theres THAT lie… but the even more disheartening issue with this “toon” is the fact that Kelley is comparing buying politicians… which used to be and still should be illegal… to paying off fines which amount to a poll tax which also used to be and still should be illegal. For people claiming to be “patriots” they sure do hate democracy.

Republicans trying to imply that Democratic candidates in the primary who were not happy about the money spent opposing them by a not-quite-Democrat rich guy, and are now happy he is supporting their nominee (with lots of money) is somehow hypocritical is really funny. I guess that’s why this is call a comic.

“Let Florida felons vote” was a thing that Floridians themselves voted for in 2018! And now, their legislature is trying to overrule them, thereby choosing their electorate.
