For help on how to follow a comic title,
“It’s like keeping your heart outside your body!” Mom sums it up perfectly.
Yes, Bernice, you’re weird. You’re judgmental, rigid, miserable, and a busybody. Don’t become a counselor.
There’s a spirit of “Calvin & Hobbes” in this comic, while being wholly original. And I really relate to Kevin right here.
NOWHERE, IT WOULD BE AN ASSIGNMENT NOWHERE, SIR
Oh, god, I’m as old as Phoebe’s father
Mildred would rather ransack the gift shop.
THAT IS NOT A COLLEGE ASSIGNMENT, EVANSES
As someone who took psychology classes in community college, I just want to say this is the dumbest and least-realistic assignment Luann could get. You NEVER write about yourself in a psych course, that’s not what the class is about. Intro to Psych is a survey of past and current practices and concepts; Development Psych is about the stages of human growth and development; Abnormal Psych is about disorders, conditions, and varieties of treatments.
I wish the Evanses would hire an outside editor/contributor who’s actually been to college and interacted with other people. They write like the biggest homeschooled goobers on Earth.
I don’t need to be a chef to know if someone took a dump on a plate and presented it as dinner
No, these people just don’t know what they’re writing about, and it shows. An essay about mindfulness wouldn’t consist of just writing about one new thing you learned today, because that’s not mindfulness and also that’s dumb.
