Humans will be one with their phone and the chosen Dali Lama will be the cell tower. Namaste.

It’ll be much sooner. Some of us may live long enough to see it.

I like the absence of vehicles, though. But, then you could text while driving!

Texting while walking in the streets of Ft. Lee, NJ is a ticketable offense.

Theeth! After yethterdayth cartoon… I can’t thtop talking with a lithp! I wath gonna thay… a-hem… I was gonna say… by 4000, if the standard attire is circus clown and human cannonball from Barnum & Bailey, and we’re still WALKING and texting, then sump’n went wrong! If texting is still the accepted form of communication, then the bare minimum is, we should be teleporting and texting!

Ready… Energize! Aw crap! My iPhone 5000 was beamed back to the Flintstones! Hmmm, I wonder if there’s gonna be an “S” model this year?

A woman who wore glasses once told me that her mother said they were from the planet Venus and had 4 eyes. When they got to earth, they had a operation to remove two of their eyes so they would look like everybody else but had to wear glasses after that. I said that it’s a good thing they didn’t remove all four eyes. Why? Because then you would be a Venusian blind!

Nah, instead of having to type, someone will figure out a way that you could talk on one of those, and the person you’re communicating with will hear, and be able to speak back.

And, of course, someone will use that extra pair of eyes, and figure how to hold a phone in each hand, texting with each.

I disagree. I predict we will keep just two eyes, but one will point downward. The lazy eye will rule supreme.
