Is Bok acknowledging that Trump is guilty of impeachable offenses?

Chip, like any conscientious American wishes Bolton had stepped forward to testify against our traitorous, criminal of a presdient.

Chip, YOUR GUY is the one who selected Bolton, precisely because he IS slime, a prerequisite to work for Trump.

You remember, the stable genius, very very stable, who is a great judge of character and hires only the very best people.

Surprise, surprise. Chip got it right, and I thought there was no such thing as a miracle.

Bok, had he testified, would you or any other Trumpublican have turned against Trump ? If yes, what’s stopping you now ? If no, what are you complaining about ?

Bolton’s pretty much of an ass. I dislike his politics, his opinion about the US’s proper role in the world, his belief that might makes right, and his mustache. But I have not noticed that he’s much of a liar. Certainly not even in the same universe as the current Liar in Chief.

Chip is right, John Bolton is no patriot, just an opportunist. However, we know that’s not Bok’s altruism showing through. Just another primate throwing feces at any opportune target.

Actual timing is precise for maximum impact. We may have to put up a statue of Bolton in the near future and then, after a hundred years, tear it down.

Except he wanted to testify until, you know, the President interfered with the investigation.

I never liked Bolton, but anybody that can make tRump go nuts on Twitter does have his good points.

We all wish he had stepped forward earlier. He did not for his own self-serving purposes. Nevertheless, Trump wants him silenced, and that can only mean he has truths in the book that Trump doesn’t want us to hear.

These expose books have come and gone so many times, in the news for about a week, then fade. And we still have our POTUS, sigh…

Sigh. Seems tragically true. But does not mean the expose is not true.

Don’t suppose that Bolton could be charged with being an accessory to a crime? Being aware of a plot to overthrow a legitimate government… not speaking up and using that knowledge to hype a book deal.. somehow, seems wrong. Very American… but wrong.

Yes all of political DC hates Bolton right now. GOP for confirming what we all knew. Dems for refusing to voluntarily testify like the many patriotic Whistleblowers. Trump cause well Trump hates everyone that isn’t Melania or Ivanka. To think, Bolton managed to unite both major political parties for once these days. Hahaha!

It is fascinating how the conservative mind thinks that hypocrisy of an accuser washes the sins away of the accused.

Someone called him an author, but not a patriot.

There are some reports that the Ministry of Justice will go after Bolton and will confiscate all the proceeds from the book. That would the irony — Bolton COULD have testified before the House committee and still gotten money for his book.

Bolton’s way, though, he’s guaranteed to do a disservice to his country — consistent with his entire life.

Bolton didn’t add anything new – everyone knows Trump lies, cheats and only cares about Trump – so Bolton’s testimony would not have affected the outcome.

Why? Because he would have been under oath and wouldn’t be able to say the same things he says in the book.

His testimony during the impeachment hearings probably wouldn’t have made any difference.

Releasing this book at this point in time may have more impact on the electorate in the November election. Don’t get me wrong, Bolton is no patriot, but people are paying attention to what he is saying, even if he is being opportunistic.
