My daughter and I went out to pick up a few items we wanted a bigger stock of (we always like to keep extra on hand – was very useful when my husband died and I didn’t go shopping for about 2 months). The TP, cold and flu, and frozen veggie shelves were decimated. Fortunately, those were the things we were already stocked up on. I love having a small chest freezer and a large walk-in closet. :o)
Today my grocery store was not only out of soap, sanitizer and TP but also cheddar cheese for some reason – I guess some people figure that if they eat enough cheese they won’t need the TP
All this will pass and eventually everything will go back to normal. People will go back to work an school. The markets will rise. The panic will die down. However, I’m near panic now. Because of all the fear that is causing out of control buying of certain products, I’m dangerously close to running out of toilet paper. That will be a problem not only for me but for those close to me.

The lemmings have moved on from the stock market. I need to get ahead of the curve and figure out what cliff they’re going to jump off of next.

Toilet paper does not contribute to any part of the solution of the problem.

Last Friday the toilet paper was stolen from Kaysville Police Department’s public restrooms. I’ve started carrying tissues in my pocket as a backup.

Hey, it’s that superfluous character you have no need for but put in your comics anyway for reasons.
