    Magnets just mean you’re keeping your cars resale value in mind.

    The only thing I ever stuck directly to any of my vehicles or my family’s vehicles were required to be there for access to — or parking at — various places I drove to. Of course, I also don’t have tattoos or piercings. Seems obvious to me.

    The kid is right. A sticker would mean the parents are in it all the way. the commitment being more important than the car.

    And ‘WASH ME’ written in dust says something else entirely.

    The tape messes up the paint when you have a magnetic sign and plastic or aluminum panels.

    Especializes – there’s a word for sign.

    Somebody stuck a sticker on my car. Fortunately I was able to remove it. If they’d stuck it in the bumper rather than the door I might have left it.

    Especializes? Is this another made up word that adults are supposed to accept from young kids? Reject and correct to have our children be knowledgeable..

    Don’t know if especializes is an actual word, but it should be.

    I think especialize is the same as uniquosity…sorta, kinda, in an adjuncty sidey way. Dang, I love the English language!!

    It’s like ham and eggs. The chicken is involved, but the pig is committed.

    Just remember, nothing holds on tighter than a losing candidate’s sticker.

    Should we listen to what your parents say about you after they find the sticker?

    I like bumper stickers, and as a public service I even sort them out: left-wing opinions on the left, right-wing opinions on the right, stuff about good home cookin’ in the middle.

    Lol. Wait until your 2nd grader finds out your car is magnetic.

    I liked the “I’d rather be sailing” sticker on the back bumper of the old hearse my husband and I used as a tow vehicle for years. It was always applicable because of the previous use of said vehicle, but also relevant when stuck in rush hour traffic.

    Jef Mallett’s Blog Posts · Frazz · 14 hrs · My own car has a few statements stuck to it. Just the right amount, it occurs to me, to be wishy-washy. If stickers and magnets were tattoos, my car is between me — a single one that means a lot — and the fully committed Any Given Member of the Waitstaff at Imperial On Woodward.

    But that’s enough to make one of the main statements that stickers on cars make regardless of what’s printed on them: My car is not a lease. Although to say you can tell my car is owned by its stickers is like saying you can tell an animal is a rhinoceros by its horn. There are plenty of other clues.

    “Stick Magnetic Ribbons on Your SUV” by the Asylum Street Spankers – find it on YouTube.

    {I’d include the link, but it might be mildly offensive to some {i think one "F"}; it’s worth watching, though}
