Not only did Nancy Pelosi find the smoking broomsticks, but apparently she must have also found a bucket of water, because that witch is definitely having a meltdown.
Just today:
• Trump’s chief of staff contradicted his denial of a quid pro quo, said it is business as usual “Get over it, it happens all the time,” and further admitted that as budget director (head of OMB, Office of Management and Budget) he knows that it is illegal for the president to withhold funds appropriated by congress, and then admitted that they did just that with regard to Ukraine.
• Trump brazenly committed a public act of emoluments (violating both the domestic and foreign prohibitions), requiring that the G7 international summit be held at the Trump Doral Resort during a time when business is slow.
• Trump’s ambassador to the European Union testified that he had been involved in the dealings with Ukraine (even though Ukraine is not in the EU and had its own ambassador, who refused to participate [play ball] in the corruption so got fired) and that, yes, there was a quid pro quo contingent on investigating a political campaign rival.
• Mitt R-money lashed out against Trump’s corruption and increasing numbers of Republican senators are getting squishy on defense of the president as they contemplate whether or not they want to go down with the sinking yacht, or if they will jump with the other rats.
It’s really not fair. I mean the man has never had anything bad happen to him, and now all of a sudden, totally out of the blue, without any reason or cause… that he understands… people are being mean and saying things that are just hurtful and they don’t even bother to brown nose him or anything. Really, it just isn’t fair.
I wonder if the repubs are going to use this as an excuse to turn on him. They are so afraid of the base and getting primaried that they finally have a reason to break from him. So many are retiring and not worrying about losing their jobs. The kissing up to dictators and emoluments are fine with them, but letting Turkey loose on the Kurds and leaving them to be slaughtered isn’t. There are a lot of veterans in the senate that understand leaving your allies to die isn’t cool.
Once he has melted away — through impeachment, being voted out, or natural causes — what will his worshipers do?
Most all of the people he likes to trash talk are in no way iconic. When they fade away, their work will continue unabated. Their stated ideals are vested in the Declaration and the Constitution and are shared by countless millions. Progress towards a more perfect union does not depend on any particular individual.
What causes and ideals will Trumpaholics carry on after Trump goes? White supremacy? Environmental destruction? Greed over humanity? Endless divisions over common cause? The search for America’s next greatest liar?
No, once he’s gone it all falls apart. Bigoted self righteous jerks we’ll always have — but Trump’s movement does not exist outside of fantasy. What his worshipers need to do is focus on their own mental health and flush that b.m.

It’s not cold water, but cold, hard facts that make that witch melt.

So maybe if the Congress impeaches him the Senate will convict him.

SHE has problems. Not I – {a rhyme}
As down The Donald melts,
it’s Pelosi whom he pelts: -
- “It’s SHE who’s defective
and ineffective;
with Worse I’ve never dealt.”
… Coda:
Whatever flaws you think he’s got, -
- “It’s Others who have them, and have them a lot.”
They don’t describe The Donald {he thinks}.
“It isn’t ME. It’s Nancy who stinks.”

Many Malaises – {a rhyme}
How deep this Trumpism reaches!!
Our Constitution it breaches*.
May Congress impeach
this Trumpism leech.
“Hurry,” America beseeches.
… * Addenda re Trumpism:
And it violates the ways of our culture.
And it aids the plutocratic vulture.
And our way of life it razes; -
- so we suffer from many malaises.

Dear Barron,
In public, your Dad is an ugly, arrogant, insulting jerk. I hope when he’s in the basement helping you with your Pinewood Derby car that it’s better.
Be Best,

Trump’s masters are foreign. His attorneys are felons. His children are crooks. His businesses are Mob fronts. His crimes are legion.
His time is almost up.
