Tell me again how “we the people” have a better chance of equal justice for all with incompetent politicized courts appointed by narrow margin winner take all Senate votes.
I’d like to remind us that Thomas is also an abuser of at least one woman. Congress-men- pooh-poohed and voted him in. 52-48. Same as Kavanaugh. 50-48. (2 Rs didn’t vote)
The process for filling SCOTUS positions has been severely lacking for many years. I’m not sure what the answer is but pure partisan politics isn’t. Term limits might be a good place to start.
It was okay that Clarence Thomas was a rapist also. They must feel very comfortable together. Weird how Thomas use affirmative action and then denounced it after he got what he wanted. I guess that’s just the way things work on the right (incorrect) side of the isle.

“I’m a zit! Get it?”
And yet this is considerably more polite than what Kavanaugh actually did. Repeatedly.
My father was an alcoholic; the signs are there for those who can read them for anyone watching Kavanaugh.

I would take Mr. Blutarsky over Kavanaugh any day.
Kavanaugh isn’t going anywhere. But that does not mean we have to give him any peace.

Saw Kavanaugh’s testimony replayed the other night. How they could have confirmed him boggles the mind.
