I refuse to eat anything with a shorter half-life than it’s shelf-life…

This isn’t true. I’ve had stale Twinkies.

And I guess we’re doing this joke ALL week?

Shelf life of 26 to 45 days, depending on the recipe.

In a core drilling of NY landfill, they brought up a Twinky. They said, except for the color, it looked ready to eat(!)

Certainly took long enough to reach the punchline….

I’ve seen chocolate-covered, peanut butter Twinkies and of course, for the next 45 days – Pumpkin Spice Twinkies.

Could also be a Peep.

years ago my husband and son were making up bear bait for hunting and they used Twinkies because they never ever spoil. I stopped considering them as food right then!

This took a different turn then we were thinking yesterday.
