The reason there’s so much trash? Manufacturers. I tried to buy a small, 2 inch fan blade to fix my washer pump. No can do. I had to buy an complete new pump. Until companies make their products fixable, not disposable, the trash will continue to pile up.
How old are the summer reruns of Ripley’s Believe it or Not that Dean Cain is hosting? One of the people they talked about was Porter Colley who has neurofybromatosis (I probably butchered the spelling), and they said she was born in 1926, but they also said she was 75 two times. She’d be at least 92 by now if she’s still alive. My nephew has the same disease, but he doesn’t look anything like she does, and he’s in his mid 30’s and married.
one half of American trash is good stuff but no longer used ( electronics because they always want the latest is one example) I once had to get something new because it was cheaper then repairing the one I already had.
I’m not sure about the number, it could be more, but America does produce a lot of garbage called rap “music.” It gets worse if you add the rest of the garbage called “video streaming service content” or “Hollywood megaproduction.” And “politics”, I almost forgot the biggest source of garbage :D
Rin-Tin-Tin’s films generated so much revenue that they saved the studio. He and his progeny had careers from 1922 to the 1960s in film, radio and television. “Rinty” was a big star.
Re landfill: Wire in controller on wife’s power chair broke. Tried to purchase new controller and cord. Only available in set with transformer and motor. (Been patching the wiring – good so far)
Based on the drawing, I’m assuming they mean The United States of America. America can be comprised of South America and North America (which includes Canada and a bunch of other countries).

I hear the government produces most of that trash, or gives it jobs in the Whitehouse

Did Mr. Wayne subsequently start teaching high school science, getting cancer and making Meth?

The US has 20% of the garbage but 24% of GDP so we produce less garbage per GDP than other countries, on average, BION.

It may sound great, but Rin Tin Tin’s diet probably sent him to an early grave.

Only one-fifth? I’m surprised it’s not more. But then, where do they get these statistics?
