Boy, ain’t that the truth. If I could believe anything that came out of their mouths, I’d be ahead of where I am now.

It is hard to observe without developing biases and opinions….especially when facing lies and hatred and lunacy.

The FDA, CDC, EPA are not here for our protection, they are for big business.

Seems to me even the most unbiased, restrained individual in the world would have to conclude that Buttercup’s actions, behaviors, and decisions are just a bit out of line with what might be called reasonable, especially for a president. Some reporters are just calling them like they see them, but are called biased by those who ignore the obvious.

The media rarely lie, but they seldom tell the truth.

I think I would like to hear that song. ‘Needle in a haystack’ by Ed Sheeran.

Not only is bias impossible to achieve in reporting, you don’t want it anyway. Rote fact is not a very interesting or engaging read. There’s even bias in the concept of deciding what to publish, you’re not going to find a good timeline of every event that occurred in a day and have enough time or drive to sort through it yourself. People delude themselves into thinking they want the holy grail of unbiased reporting, but they wouldn’t consume it if it threw itself at them.

Of course there’s bias. Always was, now it’s worse. I defend myself by not believing any of it. I will judge by results.

Probably the best way to do this (show no political bias) is to air all sides of an issue and let the viewer decided which they prefer. Problem is that most people favor a new media that shows only one side, the viewer’s side, of an issue.

Ya know, I came here to read the funnies and laugh. Not to gag on more politically charged opinions! If I wanted that I can turn on any TV news channel.

Ya know, it’s pretty hard NOT to have a bias when you see what the federal government’s become. . .

What passes for news these days is little more than opinion, speculation and groupthink. Whatever happened to just stating the facts and letting the viewers draw their own conclusions? I don’t want to be told what to think! I can do that for myself.

Did you get Trump’s phone call the other day? Isn’t the FCC ever going to put some teeth in their anti-Robocalls law?
