I mean, no offense but you could have bought a laptop that has those features instead of one that doesn’t, if they were essential to your ability to do your tasks. Both of my laptops have disc drives, plenty of USB ports, and ethernet ports.
Why do people buy stuff that is incompatible with their work use and then complain that “things used to be better” with their old tech that was setup how they needed it to be?

The founders of this country believed black people weren’t sufficiently human to have freedoms, that only male landowners should have significant say in government, and that genociding “savage natives” was acceptable to expand American “freedom.”
