Mitch McConnell promised that he would not bring any vote to the Senate floor that Trump wouldn’t commit to signing.

Now, after rightly getting blamed for the last shutdown (that Trump himself promised to take ownership of and not blame the Democrats), and up for re-election himself in 2020, McConnell has had enough. He was warned Trump that he cannot hold back a Republican Senate revolt and that, if Trump vetoes the new deal, there are more than 70 bipartisan votes in the Senate to override the veto.

Complete loss for Trump.

In the final deal, the Democrats even chopped back the border security appropriation from $1.6 billion that Trump had originally agreed to in December before Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh made fun of him, to $1.375 billion that he will now be forced to live with.

So now it is two humiliating, crushing defeats back-to-back and Nancy has only been running the house for six weeks.

So much winning!

The Rump wouldn’t be able to stand the attention the dog would take away from himself.

Even a rabid dog doesn’t deserve the punishment of being in close proximity to the orange toad.

He doesn’t want one because it wouldn’t lie for him.

Always said, a person who doesn’t like dogs is a jerk. A person dogs don’t like is a total “A-hole”. It’s always proven true. Evana said she had a poodle that Bonespurs didn’t like (hated), and the feeling was mutual, the dog HATED Bonespurs—DOGS KNOW!!

The dog would probably end up biting him and then die from orange food poisoning.

There is no way the Big Orange One would bother to drop off a pet at the pound. “Let them get there on their own” or “The Mexicans will handle it”.

And an elephant never forgets, when it comes to bad things Democrats have done, just as it never remembers having done them itself.

Actually, associating elephants with today’s Republican party is an insult to the elephants.

And the lap-elephant leaves much larger dookies too.
